Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present in the only time we have control over – “now”. Grounding oneself in nature is a great way to reset, practice Mindfulness, and let go of stress. Hiking to points of interest, like breathtaking views and overlooks, waterfalls, creeks, or other bodies of water, are my favorite.
